About Leo Cain, III

Leo Cain, III, began his career in commercial building and healthcare construction at age fifteen. As a laborer assigned a multitude of miscellaneous tasks including sweeping floors, Leo learned the construction business from the ground up, one dustpan of debris at a time. Over the last twenty-five years, he worked his way up to Vice President of Operations for a major commercial construction firm here in Mobile, Alabama. He has led major renovations to Springhill Medical Center, including flood damage repair and the new Labor and Delivery wing, Carlisle Medical renovations, the Providence Hospital Emergency Room, Providence Hospital Hybrid Operating Room, and  several office and common area renovations in the McCorquodale Transfer building.

Cain Construction current projects include the Providence Hospital new MRI space as well as various updates within the hospital, renovations for Thompson Engineering, and retail spaces across the Mobile and Baldwin County areas.

A native of Mobile, Leo earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Huntingdon College. When not on various job sites, Leo can be found on Mobile Bay fishing next to his wife and daughters. Once a year, he can be found riding atop a float, parading through the streets of Mobile.

Mobile is and always will be Leo’s home. Quality, built-to-last construction is what he strives to maintain for the city he holds dear.
